The DeVos Art Museum on NMU’s campus will hold a Family Night on Thursday, March 21, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public, and all are invited to attend, including immediate, extended, and chosen families. Join us for guided tours with the curators at 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Visitors are encouraged to participate in an all-ages art activity available from 5:30 pm through 7:30 pm, with supplies and guidance provided. Curators Emily Lanctot and Sydney Sarasin will be available throughout the event to chat and answer questions.

 

Family Night events will highlight current exhibitions By Design: Looking at Living, featuring artworks from the Museum’s permanent collection, and Fred Brian: Lake Gogebic Memories and Myths. The UP Focus: Carrie Flaspohler VanderVeen and Catherine Benda will also be available for viewing.

 

Join us Thursday, March 21, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for a fun way to experience art at the DeVos Art Museum on the corner of Tracy and 7th Street. The Museum is open Monday-Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 12-5 pm and Thursday 12-8 pm. Contact the Museum at (906) 227-2235.
